This kind of deep consideration of one’s life leads to greater personal fulfillment and meaningful participation in our world. — After graduating from Wesleyan University and earning a master’s degree from University of Michigan, I coached and taught for 26 years as an associate professor at Landmark College, a premier college for neurodiverse students; I spent 10 years teaching essay- and creative-writing and 16 years solely coaching students at the college level. I earned my coaching certification from Georgetown University and my ADHD coach certification from JST Coaching. I have presented on various aspects of coaching in the U.S. and internationally, from Burlington, VT and Savannah, Georgia to Maastricht in the Netherlands. I live in Vermont with my husband and two dogs. I love playing tennis, walking in the woods, and cross-country skiing. I also read and write poems.
